Yearly Archives: 2010 This was my last official family shoot of 2010, and it was so darn fun! First of all, this family is BEAUTIFUL. She was slow to warm up at the…  On the morning of this shoot, I woke up to dreary, cold, cloudy skies. Not what most people are looking forward to when getting their family portraits taken. So I called my friend, Margaret, to see if she wanted to go ahead with it. After much deliberation we decided just to go with it and…  I really love my job… and getting to take photos of really fun, really cool families is the best job ever! The Nesbitt family definitely fits the description of fun… they seemed to really enjoy our shoot and even kept their senses of humor while shooting in FREEZING temperatures (I, of course, realize how dramatic…  To any of you mom’s out there who have had your family photos taken… you know that frustration you get when you’re the only one who is really excited to get your photos taken?
